a small subspace server
What is asss?
asss is server software for the game Subspace. It has been written from scratch to be featureful, customizable, and extensible.
It is free software (GPL), written in C and Python, and runs on Linux, Windows, and some other unix flavors (but only Intel).
Changes
Several things have changed:
- The version control system has been switched to Mercurial.
- The code hosting has been moved to bitbucket.
- Bug tracking is also on bitbucket.
- File hosting has been generously provided by Mine GO BOOM.
The current version of the code available from the Mercurial repository has many improvements over version 1.4.4, mostly by Dr Brain.
Version 1.5 is due real soon now.
